What Happens If I Cancel My Order?

From time to time for reasons often beyond your control you may wish to cancel an order, firstly we would require you to inform us in writing or via email. Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of recieving written notification of cancellation will be charged for. There will also be an administration charge of £10.00 plus a 5% surcharge of the total order value including VAT deducted before any refund is made.
